IT Support Associate
We help NHS staff communicate more easily across patient care. As an IT Support Associate, you will be central to shaping the core communication infrastructure of the NHS and enable faster, safer, and more accessible patient care.
Our products are used daily by over 98% of GP practices and half of NHS hospitals, impacting millions of lives.
Key Responsibilities
* Own lifecycle management of devices, accounts and access provisioning for onboarding and offboarding.
* Manage first‑line support queue, triaging and resolving tickets.
* Ensure meeting rooms, AV equipment and shared IT spaces remain reliable.
* Provision and manage secure access to software tools, maintaining governance standards.
Current Projects
* Implement our AI Scribe across GP practices, hospitals and other care settings.
* Translate our total triage expertise to improve hospital specialist services.
* Power communication for Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, part of the government’s 10‑year plan.
Technical Stack
* Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
* MDM tools such as Kandji and Intune
* Slack
* Virtual machinesVPNs
Qualifications
* Entry‑level or early in IT career, eager to grow.
* Organised, able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Problem‑solving mindset, enjoys helping others through technology.
* Collaborative team player.
* Foundational IT knowledge and appetite to learn more.
* Experience with modern workplace tools is helpful but not essential.
