Poplar is a large, three form intake Primary School in Merton Park. From September 2026 we will begin our journey to become a two form intake Primary school to be completed by 2031. It is an exciting time to join us to develop, lead and shape the way in which we evolve our Inclusion in light of the new White Paper.
We pride ourselves on being a community where every child—regardless of their starting point—is given the tools to thrive. Poplar has a large Inclusion Team who have a huge wealth of experience. The experienced Family Liaison Officer also works closely with the Inclusion Lead.

The Successful candidate will be a SENCO who is looking for a new opportunity or a committed teacher with at least three years teaching experience who is ready to become an Inclusion Manager.
