Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
Assist teachers in implementing education plans ( EHCPs)
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.Requirements:
Experience working with students with SEN (autism, learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, etc.).
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
