The Company
Working for a maintenance specialist who’s contracts are with local authorities within the SW & TW postcodes.
The Role
1. Carpentry biased role carrying out Multi Trade works with the aim to deliver first time fix. This will be on a reactive or planned works basis. Works can include but not limited to: Kitchen Fitting, Bathroom installs / refurbs, and voids.
Skills & Experience
2. Competent use of PDA & mobile devices
3. Level 2 NVQ Carpentry
4. Full UK Drivers License
5. Social Housing experience (Preferred)
6. Relevant industry qualifications
The Offer
7. Straight permanent offer with a salary of £35,000 – £42,000
