There is an exciting opportunity within Royal London to help modernise and drive adoption of the Dynamics platform. As the wider technology landscape changes, solutions within Royal London must evolve to leverage these developments.
Supporting the Engagement Services area to provide capabilities to our business value streams, Royal London is looking for Solution Architects to create solutions aligned with strategic goals.
You will ensure business outcomes and requirements are clearly understood, then create solutions aligned with our Architecture Principles. Solutions may involve changes to or creation of business processes, operating models, applications, infrastructure, and third-party services.
About the role
* Work with the Principal Architect for Engagement Services to understand the strategic roadmap and create solution architecture designs to enable strategy implementation.
* Collaborate with business analysts to understand business requirements.
* Manage architecture design through the Governance process.
* Present solutions to design forums and stakeholder meetings.
* Collaborate with other architecture disciplines to ensure comprehensive designs.
* Support engineering teams with detailed software designs, implementation, and ongoing maintenance.
* Keep enterprise architecture tooling updated with new technologies and designs.
* Be the D365 and Power Platform expert for the group.
About you
* Experience working on projects within financial services, including migrations and consolidations of legacy applications.
* Recent experience in solution architecture roles with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
* Working knowledge of D365 Sales, Customer Insights Journeys, or Customer Service modules.
* Good knowledge of CoPilot within the D365 stack.
* Experience with Microsoft technologies, especially Azure and .NET, is advantageous.
* An inquisitive mindset to explore new industry developments and incorporate them at Royal London.
* Strong communication skills with an adaptable approach for stakeholders across technical and business areas.
* Ability to build consensus among diverse stakeholders or work independently as needed.
