Pastoral Administrator - Secondary School | March 2026 Start Location: Weston Super Mare, North Somerset Contract: Full-time Salary: Dependent on Experience An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive Pastoral Administrator to join a welcoming and well‑supported secondary school in Weston Super Mare. Your responsibilities will include managing student records, supporting behaviour and attendance processes, handling sensitive safeguarding information, and ensuring pastoral systems run smoothly across the school. But beyond the administration, this role is about people. The core purpose is to help ensure students feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely supported from the moment they walk through the door. You will be a calm, steady presence - someone who can help students pause, breathe, and reset when things feel overwhelming. Many of our young people face challenging or traumatic home lives, and your warmth, patience, and consistency can make a profound difference in setting them up for the brightest possible future.
