They’re now looking for a Senior Account Manager/Key Account Manager to own and grow strategic venue partnerships, and help expand an already impressive estate.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing key gym/leisure partner relationships: developing senior stakeholders across departments
* Supporting and growing digital/media channels within the venue network
* Driving venue growth across existing partners’ estates
* New business generation: identifying new gym operators and taking platform solutions to market end to end
* Shaping commercial partnerships: matching the right brands to the right venues and networks
* Project support: refurbishments, installations, new platform rollouts, etc.
* Financial management across venue and music partners
* Reporting insights and updates to the MD
* Helping activate campaigns incl. sampling / experiential in venue activations
* Supporting wider sales/marketing efforts with partners when needed
Qualifications
* 5+ years’ account management experience
* Comfortable with new business/revenue growth
* Strong communicator and presenter, credible with senior stakeholders
* Fitness industry experience is a bonus (operator or supplier side), not a must
* Personality matters here: personable, proactive, self-starting, team first
* Organised, detail-sharp, calm under pressure
* Solid MS Office skills
