Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks, from food preparation to serving, all while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
* Prepare food items in accordance with established food safety standards.
* Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high presentation standards.
* Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
* Handle cash transactions.
* Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Experience
* Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in a front of house role.
* Familiarity with food preparation techniques and culinary practices is advantageous.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential.
* Strong time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
* Experience in serving customers with a focus on delivering excellent service.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
