Commercial Account Handler
We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. In this role you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, reviewing client documentation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
* Build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations.
* Review client documentation ensuring the information is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process.
* Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention while exceeding customer expectations.
* Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve client service, internal process execution and to facilitate informed analysis.
* Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
* Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve commercial objectives.
* Support FCA requirements and deliver high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Previous experience of working in the commercial insurance space.
* Strong attention to detail when reviewing documentation.
* Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to varied daily tasks.
* Excellent communication and data processing skills.
