Job Description
We are looking for a bright and motivated Consultant to support the design, deployment, improvement, and adoption of our digital products and platforms as part of our European team driving our digital transformation strategy. Your role will lead program management of large‑scale European adoption and excellence programs, actively support the business innovation process, and secure active buy‑in from country advocates to senior European business management teams. As a key contributor you will define and manage the change strategy, facilitate meetings to discuss enablers and risks during platform deployment, and deliver go‑to‑market initiatives with your co‑workers. You will become a subject‑matter expert in your focus area and maintain strong relationships with central support functions and European business units.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the design and innovation of sales, marketing and customer activities that drive adoption and profitable growth through our platforms.
* Partner with web analytics to measure and manage adoption and share impact across all European countries and executive forums.
* Serve as SME for the Digital Adoption Platform (DAP), implementing user stories, tips and onboarding across our platforms.
* Collaborate with IT, UX, CX and Product Management on deliverables, incorporating country and customer voice into roadmap priorities.
* Co‑create best practices for platform adoption through partnership with European and country teams.
* Collaborate with local front‑office managers to implement initiatives on time and on budget, aligned to key corporate objectives.
* Coach and develop Digital Platform colleagues on benefits, user stories and adoption playbooks.
* Leverage in‑depth market knowledge of our solutions to understand customer and product segment needs for profitable growth.
* Act as liaison and sounding board for IT and central support functions (Data, Customer Transformation, Marketing) and in‑country leaders to drive functional and system innovations.
What We’re Looking For
* 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
* Excellent verbal and written communication with higher‑level management.
* Proficiency in English and at least one other local or regional language.
* Ability to create and deliver formal presentations.
* Strong negotiation skills and the ability to promote ideas persuasively.
* Effective collaboration across diverse identities.
* Strong leadership skills, willingness to initiate new ideas and assertiveness.
* Excellent organizational and time‑management skills for task completion.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
