What you'll do
* Learn to independently prepare and cook a variety of meals following scheduled menus for residents and staff.
* Assist with kitchen operations, including food preparation, storage, and service.
* Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and safety across the kitchen and dining areas.
* Restock essential kitchen supplies, such as ingredients, utensils, and cleaning products.
* Communicate effectively with site staff and colleagues to support smooth daily operations.
* Follow health and safety protocols at all times and develop an understanding of industry standards.
* Participate in training sessions to gain recognised qualifications and practical experience.
