As Change and Communications Lead, you’ll design and deliver change management and communication strategies that enable our people and enhance customer outcomes. You’ll collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and alignment with our Customer Service North Star.
What You’ll Do
4. Lead the design and delivery of change tools and communications that empower customer-facing teams with clear, actionable information
5. Develop strategic communication plans and rhythms that align with Customer Service objectives and enhance engagement
6. Partner with project delivery teams to integrate best practices and ensure consistent change management approaches
7. Manage key programs such as Elevate and Shine, and deliver impactful events that celebrate success and recognition
8. Optimise and maintain the Customer Service SharePoint and oversee critical incident communication processes
What You’ll Bring
9. Proven experience in change and communications (5+ years), with strong knowledge of frameworks and methodologies
10. Ability to design and implement realistic plans for complex system, process, and people change
11. Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving
12. Strategic thinking and analytical capability to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable outcomes
13. Familiarity with Agile and squad-based ways of working is advantageous
