🔑 What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
* Handling freehold/leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new builds
* Delivering clear, client-focused service to a loyal, local client base
* Working closely with local estate agents, lenders, and long-standing referral partners
