INTO UAB is seeking a talented Marketing & Recruitment Manager to join our growing team and play a crucial role in driving international student enrollment to INTO UAB and The University of Alabama at Birmingham programs. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Functions (35%): Develop and execute a conversion strategy to maximize enrollment, engaging directly with offer holders and confirmed students through various communication channels. Support the development and refinement of the enrollment funnel marketing and communications from lead to arrival. Provide prompt and accurate responses and support to internal and external audiences, including students, agents, counsellors, and regional staff. Conduct training for third-party recruiters, regional teams, and other organizations through remote and in-person activities. Generate and nurture leads for student candidates through a schedule of remote and in-person recruitment activities. Represent INTO UAB at recruitment fairs, exhibitions, and meetings both domestically and internationally. Marketing Production and Communications (65%): Marketing Content Development: Manage, plan, and execute a comprehensive, integrated marketing and communications plan aligned with the center's recruitment priorities. Develop and implement an annual marketing calendar to support the recruitment strategy. Ensure the successful completion and meeting of deadlines for all marketing projects, including print and digital assets. Strategize with the Director of Marketing and Recruitment to identify and develop new marketing materials. Supervision and Coordination: Supervise Marketing Communications Coordinator/Specialist in various tasks related to content creation, social media campaigns, and print collateral. Coordinate and conduct photo and video shoots on the university campus. Oversee recruitment outreach platforms such as TAP, WhatsApp, etc. Event Planning: Assist in organizing on-campus events that promote INTO UAB and UAB programs. Coordinate logistics for large-scale familiarization trip events for international audiences. Resources and Project Management: Develop and implement an annual marketing collateral and content calendar for INTO UAB. Manage the budget for promotional materials, ensuring compliance with branding guidelines. Submit monthly deliverables to INTO North America.
