Duties Will Include:
* Supporting Clients to live independently in their own homes
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting)
* Administering or supporting with medication
* Meal preparation
* Light housekeeping and domestic duties
* Shopping and errands
* Accompanying Clients to appointments or social outings
* Providing companionship and emotional support
Requirements of a Care Assistant:
* Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends
* Full UK or EU/EEA driving licence and access to a vehicle
* A genuine passion for helping others
* Reliable, caring, and a positive team player
Important Information:
