Hairdressing and Barbering Tutors – Scarborough College
Part-time – 2 days per week
Castle Education are recruiting on behalf of a well-established Scarborough college who are seeking passionate and skilled Hairdressing and Barbering Tutors to join their training team. This could be one role if you are qualified in both, or two separate positions if you specialise in one area.
About the role
You will deliver high-quality, professional training to learners, helping them gain the skills, confidence, and qualifications needed for successful careers. Delivery is two days per week (one day for each subject), with flexibility on whether this is Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday.
What we are looking for
* Significant commercial experience in Hairdressing and/or Barbering (Level 2 or above)
* Previous training or assessing experience is desirable (VRQ, Assessor Award, or similar), but we are open to those with strong industry experience who are keen to train
* A confident and engaging teaching style, able to motivate learners
* Must be based locally in Scarborough or the surrounding areas
