Barker Ross is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable Precast Operatives to join the Lifting Department at a modern factory in Worksop. This is a fantastic opportunity to start a stable, rewarding career with a leading company.
Position: Precast Operative (Lifting Department)
Location: Worksop
Pay:
£13 per hour (Day Shift)
£14.95 per hour (Late Shift)
Overtime: Paid after 39 hours
Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week probation period)

Safely handle and lift precast concrete products.

Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not essential.
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
A team player with a focus on safety and quality.
Flexibility to work both day and late shifts.
