About the Role: Scheme Manager – Older Persons Housing As a Scheme Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and independence of residents at Woodhey Court. You will act as a friendly and visible point of contact for residents, providing housing-related support, welfare checks, tenancy assistance, and maintaining the day-to-day management of the scheme.
