The firm is well known for their friendly environment and good quality work, with a traditional set-up and a very strong local offering. Typical matters in their residential property team include a wide variety of purchases and sales for high value freeholds and leaseholds making this the ideal role for a Solicitor that enjoys a focus on quality over quantity. Responsibilities: • Manage a diverse caseload of residential property matters to include leasehold and freehold matters, • Support junior members of staff in developing their careers and managing cases, with excellent supervision, • Attend client meetings, court hearings and conferences. • Deal directly with clients to take instructions and ensure full understanding in order to deliver on client expectations. Skills and Experience: • UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, with 5 years PQE (other levels will be considered on a case by case basis), • Experience managing a wide variety of residential property matters, • Ability to lead in relevant matters and supervise junior members of staff when needed, • A passionate personality with an enthusiasm for personal development, • Strong interpersonal skills when dealing with clients and colleagues.
