Position: New Car Sales Executive
Renault London West seeks an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our busy dealership at the West Cross Industrial Park.
Renault Retail Group is a national network of automotive dealerships representing Renault, Dacia, Nissan, and Alpine. We are Renault’s largest dealer group, selling 1 in every 5 Renaults in the UK, and are 100% owned by Renault.
Role Overview
As our New Car Sales Executive, you will join a talented Dacia Sales Team known for excellent customer care, based at our high-profile dealership. Our showroom features new cars from Renault and Dacia, and you will also sell add-ons such as finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans, and other products that enhance your earnings. You will be part of a friendly, motivated team that currently ranks high nationally for units sold and customer satisfaction (NPS score).
Product and Market
Strong demand has led to this exciting vacancy, where you will showcase the latest models including the all-new Bigster, Duster, Spring, and Sandero. Upcoming launches will include updated trims and new models, with opportunities to participate in dealership launch events and off-site track locations.
Candidate Requirements
* Current experience in motor vehicle retail is required.
* Experience as a Car Sales Executive with Dacia franchises is advantageous.
* Must be committed to success with a strong sales career, preferably in motor retail.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
* Must hold a Full UK Driver’s License for insurance, test drives, and company car eligibility.
Working Hours
Average minimum of 45 hours per week on a 2-week variable rota, including Saturdays and Sundays:
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm (Week 1 starts at 8:30am; Week 2 starts at 8:00am)
* Saturdays, 8:30am - 5:00pm
* Sundays, 10:00am - 4:00pm
Compensation and Benefits
Basic salary of £25,550 per annum, uncapped commission with OTE of £51,000 pa, plus a company car from day one. Fringe benefits include 25 days annual leave, a pension scheme, an option for an additional subsidized car after 3 months, and excellent career progression opportunities across the group.
