Job Description
3. Manage a varied caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
4. Lead and mentor a team of lawyers and paralegals
5. Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on personal injury matters.
6. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and settlement agreements.
7. Conduct negotiations with opposing parties to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
8. Attend court hearings and represent clients effectively when required.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of case progress and documentation.
10. Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
11. Stay informed about developments in personal injury law and apply them to casework.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Injury Associate Solicitor should have:
12. Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland, with at least 5 years pqe
