Your role

Carry out weekly health and safety checks and risk assessments
:
Complete general caretaking tasks including basic repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance
:
Keep tools and equipment stocked and ready for use
:
Record daily work accurately and update customers when needed
:
Spot maintenance issues early and report them to keep the environment safe
Your skills

Experience in a similar caretaking or maintenance role
:
Ability to identify and carry out minor repairs
:
Understanding of basic health and safety in the workplace
:
Practical experience using hand tools and light machinery
:
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
