What is the opportunity?
An exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for liaising with vehicle manufacturers and dealers, obtaining and maintaining vehicle supply terms on Marshall Leasing's vehicle quotation systems, main database, and ancillary systems. This will enable our customers to obtain timely and accurate vehicle leasing quotations for cars and LCVs to assist them in running their businesses.
In this role you will:
* Build and maintain constructive working relationships with vehicle manufacturers and dealers.
* Source and maintain standard leasing, end user, and specific dealer vehicle supply terms in a well-organised, timely, and accurate manner.
* Ensure correct interpretation, loading, and maintenance of all terms within Marshall Leasing's core database and ancillary quotation systems.
* Support other areas of the business with data processing, data analysis, and data presentation by developing data presentation skills to assist the broader business, including exploring different solutions.

* Vehicle leasing industry experience, with an awareness of discount structures and agency-style support agreements.
* Vehicle product knowledge: makes, models, and specification derivatives.
* Excellent organisation and planning skills.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a small team.
* Proficient Microsoft Office Excel skills along with methodological and logical problem-solving skills.
* Strong ability to administer and interpret large amounts of data accurately and in a timely manner, presenting it in various formats.
