The Role
As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 with behaviour and engagement
* Work 1:1 and in small groups with pupils who need additional support
* Help manage behaviour in a calm, consistent, and positive way
* Support students with SEMH needs, including emotional regulation
* De-escalate situations and help students refocus on learning
* Work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to implement strategies
You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported and ready to learn.
