What do you need to succeed:
You'll be a registered nurse with experience in a healthcare setting, which is advantageous. However, a caring and compassionate attitude and the ability to build effective relationships with residents and their families are most important. A willingness to develop leadership skills and drive continuous improvement while maintaining high compliance standards is highly desirable.
