What You'll Do:
7. You'll deliver high-calibre technologists to meet client needs in technology roles across the UK
8. You'll manage and develop client relationships and grow your own portfolio (accelerating your commission as you contribute to business development)
9. You'll take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement (with support from advertising and marketing teams)
10. You'll meet and exceed KPIs, contributing to the team's success with a focus on quality service
What We're Looking For:
11. You have previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant (tech or similar sectors)
12. You have a competitive and determined mindset
13. You have strong time-management skills and ability to deliver against KPIs
14. You're client focused with a consultative and ethical approach to recruitment
