About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for finance. You’ll play a key role in managing expenditure processes, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring financial accuracy across multiple cost centres. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of selected cost centres and balance sheet codes Post and evidence monthly accruals, prepayments, and journals Analyse costs versus budgets and report key variances Process company expenses and credit card transactions Code expenditure invoices via a data capture system Conduct aged creditor reviews and supplier statement reconciliations Support budgeting and reforecasting activities Contribute to month-end and year-end deadlines Handle ad hoc finance tasks as needed What We’re Looking For AAT qualification (or equivalent) preferred Strong communication and analytical skills High level of accuracy and organisational ability Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced) Benefits Competitive salary Pension scheme Long service awards Generous employee discount Cycle to work schemeLocation: Plymouth, Devon Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:45am–17:30pm Position: Permanent (Temp-Perm), Full-time Interested?
