Candidate Specification
At Mott MacDonald, we’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to make a real difference. All opportunities require a relevant bachelor’s degree as a minimum; some opportunities will also require a master’s degree, as reflected in the application form.
To be eligible, you will have less than 12 months’ relevant experience (excluding placements) and hold a degree (obtained no earlier than 2024) or expect to achieve one of the following disciplines:
