Operations Assistant.
The Role
This role is at the heart of daily operations, supporting both clients and the smooth running of the centre. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring everything is well maintained, professional, and running seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the serviced office centre
* Welcoming clients and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
* Managing meeting room bookings and preparing spaces as required
* Providing administrative support, including handling post, calls, and emails
* Assisting with building management tasks and liaising with contractors where needed
* Supporting the Centre Manager with projects and operational improvements
* Ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are met
About You
* Previous experience in administration, customer service, or facilities support (experience in serviced offices or hospitality is a bonus)
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive, flexible, and able to handle multiple priorities
* A team player with a positive, professional attitude
