We are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor to join a busy and reputable automotive business based in Rotherham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in the motor industry to secure a full-time, long-term position with the potential to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles in for servicing or repair
* Schedule appointments and manage workshop bookings
* Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team
* Provide regular updates to customers and respond to any queries
* Maintain accurate records and handle associated administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential (experience in the automotive sector is desirable)
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Confident using computers and booking systems
* Parts/service experience in automotive
* Kerridge or Pinnacle experience (Dealership Systems)
