Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator based in Stoke-On-Trent. Answering the phone and being a great front of house is a very important aspect of this position. The Office Administrator will oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient administrative workflows. Responsibilities include managing office equipment, handling correspondence, providing customer service, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication across teams. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with colleagues to support the overall goals of the organization.

Qualifications

* Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including organizing files, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
* Ability to effectively operate and manage Office Equipment such as printers, copiers, and other related tools
* Strong Communication skills to facilitate clear and professional interaction within the team and with external stakeholders
* Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver a positive customer experience
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Detail-oriented with the ability to manage workflows efficiently
* Prior experience in an office administration role preferred (trade experience would be a big plus too)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with general office software
* Qualifications in office administration or a related field are a plus
