We're currently recruiting for a Senior Electronics Warhead Engineer (Hardware) to join our Warhead Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who thrives in complex, high-integrity environments - from system integration to safety and security-critical projects. Leading the design, integration, and testing of electrical/electronic systems
Leading System Engineering deliverables including requirements, system architectures and verification evidence.
Delivering engineering solutions across the full lifecycle, ensuring safety and performance standards
HNC/HND, NVQ Level 5, or degree in a science/engineering discipline - or equivalent experience
Experience of the full engineering lifecycle using system engineering methodologies such as the V‑model.
Proven experience in leading technical projects and teams
Engineering delivery across safety-critical programmes
Experience is Model Based System Engineering
Coaching and developing others within multidisciplinary teams
Promoting high standards in safety, security, and quality
