Your new role
Working within the existing team you will be responsible for a range of duties to include:
1. Maintaining client ledgers
2. Bank reconciliations daily and identify any discrepancies
3. Handling billing and invoicing to clients
4. Recording all transactions into accounting software and ensuring accuracy
5. Handling payroll/pension/PAYE contributions/employee expenses
6. Paying office invoices
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, candidates should have proven experience as a bookkeeper, demonstrating exceptionalmunication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently will be key to success in this position.
