Mortgage Administrator requirements:
10. Experience in the mortgage industry vital
11. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
12. Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
13. Positive & enthusiastic attitude with the ability to prioritise our customers’ needs and requirements at all times
14. Ability to work under pressure and problem solve, both independently and part of the team
15. Computer literate and familiarity with Microsoft office
16. Well organised with excellent time keeping
Key duties of the Mortgage Administrator will include but will not be limited to:
17. Dealing with incoming calls, emails, post and voicemails
18. Responding to any non-advisory queries in a professional and timely manner
19. Liaising with solicitors, lenders, estate agents and brokers to progress mortgage applications from start to finish as quickly and seamlessly as possible
20. Ensure our customer service database is kept up to date and all information held is accurate and that team members are also keeping the systems up to date/correct
21. Keeping clients & associated parties updated on the status of their applications, ensuring every step of the customer journey is as clear and stress free for the client as possible
22. Inputting cases onto the system, ensuring all details are accurate and all documents have been received in line with our compliance policies
23. Inputting mortgage/insurance applications accurately and efficiently and completing suitability reports to send to the client with all required initial information.
