What Youll Be Doing Taking full ownership of the Chelmsford depot operations
Leading and managing a team across warehouse, inventory, logistics, and delivery
Maintaining and building on their AA+ BRCGS accreditation by ensuring food safety standards are always met
Managing budgets and driving operational efficiency against financial targets
Reviewing and implementing KPIs to maximise performance
Overseeing recruitment, training, and development to ensure the team can perform at its best
Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice across all areas of the depot
Ensuring compliance with H&S, HR, and company policies
