Regional Sales Manager – Foodservice (Chef or Sales Background)
Location: Field Based – Northern Ireland & West of Ireland
The Opportunity
This is not a typical sales role.
You will work directly with chefs, kitchens and foodservice operators — combining live culinary demonstrations with commercial sales responsibility.
You will represent a leading brand in commercial kitchen equipment, helping customers understand how the product improves efficiency, consistency and output in a real kitchen environment.
The Role
* Deliver live cooking demonstrations to chefs and decision-makers
* Build new business across hotels, restaurants and foodservice operators
* Manage and grow relationships with dealers, consultants and key accounts
* Drive consistent activity across your territory (meetings, demos, site visits)
* Attend trade shows, industry events and customer showcases
* Support customers through the full sales cycle, including onboarding
* Maintain CRM updates, pipeline and reporting
Territory & Travel
This is a field-based role covering Northern Ireland and parts of the West of Ireland (including Mayo and surrounding areas).
To be successful, you must be comfortable with:
* 1 to 2 overnight stays per week
* Early starts (8am meetings across the region)
* Regular long days on the road
If you need a predictable 9–5 role or need to be home every evening, this role will not suit.
What We Are Looking For
You will come from one of the following:
* B2B sales experience within foodservice, hospitality or catering equipment
OR Culinary Background
* Head Chef or Senior Chef looking to move into a commercial role
You Will Also Have
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Confidence to engage with chefs and hold a room during demonstrations
* Commercial mindset with the ability to influence and close
* Self-motivation and ability to manage your own territory
* Full driving licence
