We are currently recruiting Nursery Practitioners to join our growing agency team, supporting nurseries across different locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work with the potential to secure a permanent role.
About the Role:
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will work within a variety of nursery environments, supporting children’s learning and development through play and structured activities. You’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating setting where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences for children aged 0–5 years.
Support daily routines including meals, naps, and activities.
Ensure all children’s safety, wellbeing, and individual needs are met.
Communicate effectively with nursery staff, parents, and agency coordinators.
Follow EYFS guidelines and contribute to a positive, engaging learning environment.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or Nursery Assistant.
Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
Passionate about early years education and child development.
Reliable, flexible, and able to adapt to different nursery settings.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
