As a Sales Valuer, you will be offered:

The Sales Valuer duties will include, but will not be limited to:
7. Conduct accurate and professional property valuations based on market data and comparable evidence
8. Showcase in-depth knowledge of the Colchester property market and build lasting client relationships
9. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share
10. Handle general administrative duties to ensure a smooth and efficient service
To be considered for the Sales Valuer role, you must have:
