We are hiring a Public Area Attendant to keep all public areas across The Estate clean and tidy, in order to ensure the best experience for our members and guests.
Beaverbrook is a carefully curated collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills. The heart of the brand is set amidst 400 acres of beautiful, privately owned countryside and comprises four distinctively designed venues that make up the hotel, four restaurants and a Health Club & Spa and now with the new addition of The Village, as well as indoor and outdoor activities, including a home cinema and meeting spaces for all occasions.

The person:
* You will be a self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organisation at all times.
* You will bring prior experience from working in a luxury environment, where high standards are second nature.
* Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellent service.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensuring that you and others adhere to all statutory requirements regarding H&S, Food Hygiene, Fire and Employee regulations.
* Working as one team to support Directors and Managers in carrying out tasks that might fall outside of your day to day remit, to support and deliver guest satisfaction.
* Represent Beaverbrook at all times, in and outside of the working environment, to the highest standards; considering personal dress, appearance, behaviour and communication.
* Execute the highest level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with internal and external visitors and guests.
Shift Pattern:
* The ideal candidate will work 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.
* Summer shift patterns are: 14:30 - 23:00pm
* Winter shift patterns are: 12:00 - 20:30pm
Salary: £26,775 per annum plus tronc.
