Please note: we are unable to offer sponsorship for this role. Pay: £10 - £12.55 per Hour *plus accrued holiday pay Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Zero hour contract - this gives you flexibility to work different shifts each week depending on the Nursery needs. Droitwich Nursery is focused on the great outdoors, surrounded by woodland and a variety of child-friendly equipment such as sandpits, a construction area, a fire pit, a mud kitchen and a bug hotel, or what we like to call it, ‘Buggingham Palace’. The nursery is situated on Old Coach Road, opposite Witton Middle School, which is just off B4090 Worcester Road. There is ample parking available. What Your Role Involves As a valued member of our team, you’ll: Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
