Join Our Team as a Female Bank Support Worker
Location: Tadley, Hampshire
Salary: £12.47 per hour plus benefits
Hours: 0 hours per week, between 7.00 am and 9:30 pm, Monday to Sunday, on a shift rota basis
Contract: Part-time, Bank
Driving Requirement: A valid full UK manual driving license is essential for this role

Who you will be supporting
Heather House is a specialized nursing home providing care for sixteen young adults with severe neurological, learning, and physical disabilities, including Juvenile Batten disease (CLN3) and Rett syndrome. Despite their challenges, they live fulfilling lives in a supportive environment.
Life at Heather House includes engaging activities like music, singing, and access to an on-site hydrotherapy pool. Celebrations and festive events are part of their routine, and your support helps create these memorable moments.

Essential Criteria
Candidates should demonstrate experience in at least two of the following areas:
* Physical and Learning Disabilities
* Complex Health Needs
* Juvenile Batten Disease (CLN3)
* Life-limiting Neurodegenerative Conditions
What will you be doing?
As a Female Support Worker, you will:
* Provide Daily Care & Support: Assist with personal care, meals, and daily tasks
* Build Relationships: Get to know the individuals, understand their needs, and support their independence
* Encourage Independence: Support personal goals and creative activities
* Support Social Engagement: Facilitate participation in activities, holidays, and hobbies
* Maintain Respect & Dignity: Treat individuals and families with respect and equality
