We are seeking a dedicated Spares Manager to deliver sales and exceed customer expectations as part of our successful branch team.


Role Overview

As a Spares Manager, you will be committed to providing outstanding service, demonstrating professionalism, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach. Your key responsibilities include building rapport with customers, promoting an inclusive team environment, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

1. Business planning to achieve and surpass sales targets.
2. Maintaining high standards, fostering customer loyalty, and delivering first-class service.
3. Attracting and securing new customers and business opportunities.
4. Supporting branch duties and serving as a specialist Spares contact for customers.
5. Interpreting data and managing initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability, including KPI monitoring.


Candidate Profile

You should have sound knowledge of heating spares products and materials. The role involves growing existing business and attracting new customers by outperforming competitors. You must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience in the spares industry is preferred, but the right attitude, enthusiasm, and ambition are essential to take ownership of your success.
