Overview
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with practical experience in power systems, industrial electrical, or commercial electrical engineering to join an award-winning institution. This role provides full training to become an Assessor and support apprentices through workplace coaching, workplace assessments, and end-point assessment preparation.
Location: Wigan, commutable from St Helens, Bolton, Manchester, Chorley, Bury, Rochdale, Liverpool. Salary: 32,000 - 38,000 + 37 days holiday + pension (22.7%) + 37 hour week (Mon - Fri). Excellent company benefits.
The Role
* Carrying out workplace assessments and action plans
* Supporting learners through professional development at Levels 2-5
* Completing internal training courses and teaching/assessing qualifications
* 37-hour week (Mon - Fri)

* Qualified Electrical Engineer
* Experience in power systems, industrial electrical, or commercial electrical engineering
* Looking for a role as a Trainer / Assessor
* Motivated to pass on knowledge and help develop the next generation of engineers
