You'll play a key role in turning creative concepts into fully realised, buildable solutions. Working closely with designers and in-house production teams, you'll ensure ideas are not only visually exciting but technically sound and ready for manufacture.
Responsibilities
* Translating creative concepts into detailed technical drawings and production-ready designs
* Working across a wide range of materials including wood, metal, acrylic, and more
* Collaborating with workshop teams (woodworking, metalwork, props, upholstery, signage, etc.)
* Supporting projects from initial brief through to final installation
* Problem-solving and refining designs to ensure efficient and high-quality builds

With a fully equipped in-house workshop, they offer end-to-end design and manufacturing - from concept through to installation. Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical or production design role
* Strong proficiency in SolidWorks and SketchUp
* A solid understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methods
* A practical mindset with a passion for how things are made
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
