KM4HR are seeking to recruit and experienced HRIS Manager for their Herts based client, in this newly created role.
Reporting in the senior HR team, we require a Payroll specialist with advanced knowledge of iTrent to lead on key projects while building operational workflows and processes.
Daily you will actively be involved in the following areas;
* Maintaining, reviewing and improving workflow processes
* Managing upgrades and thoroughly reviewing functionality
* Improvement suggestion for the business
* Streamlining processes and creating manuals for all
* Budget management and review
* Managing several software integrations for all relevant & required stakeholders
* Operationally maintain information held for all staff
* Assist with the preparation and delivery of payroll when required
* Handling internal queries relating to systems and payroll specifically
* Adhoc HR administration support
