Kitchen / Events Supervisor
Location - Colets - Thames Ditton, Surrey
We're looking for a passionate Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at Colets.

What you'll be doing:
* Supporting the Catering Manager in a wide range of functions
* Organising and overseeing a variety of different events
* Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly
* Leading, supporting and motivating the kitchen team
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
* Supporting the Head Chef in training and developing junior staff
What we're looking for:
* Previous experience in a supervisory role within a kitchen environment
* Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach
* Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
* Calm under pressure, organised, and a great team player
