We are now looking to recruit a new Development Director to join our management team to help drive our growth ambitions in 2026 and beyond. Purpose of the Role To lead the delivery of multiple No One Left Behind (NOLB) contracts in East Dunbartonshire, ensuring high-quality services that support participants in achieving sustainable employment. The Project Leader will manage, support, and motivate the team to meet performance targets while upholding TLP’s customer service standards. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop the team, ensuring effective performance management to drive continuous improvement and achievement of targets. Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Quality Standards are clearly communicated, understood, and met by the team through regular coaching, observations, and feedback. Conduct caseload reviews with Key Workers, with a focus on supporting underperformance and ensuring consistent delivery in line with customer service standards. Build and maintain strong working relationships with local stakeholders and partners. Manage office operations to ensure resources (both physical and human) are in place to deliver services effectively, compliantly, and to contractual requirements. Oversee accurate completion and maintenance of participant records and paperwork, ensuring quality standards are consistently applied across the customer journey. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Safeguarding, and Data Security, to always protect customers and colleagues. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Proven experience in a customer-focused, results-driven environment. Experience in coaching, leading, and performance management. Strong understanding of financial drivers and experience working with P&L accountability (or the ability to develop this). Good knowledge of the local labour market. Awareness of recruitment legislation and employability practices. Proficiency in using relevant IT systems and reporting tools. Key Interfaces Internal: TLP Leadership Group, Key Workers, Administrators, Internal Service Providers. External: Local employers, stakeholders, and partner organisations. Additional Information Salary: £30,500 per annum Requirement: Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
