As a Teacher, you will:
* Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is tailored to each child's needs
* Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
* Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children
* Support your center's success by collaborating with staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
* Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners
Required Skills and Experience:
* Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task effectively
* Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain them
* CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
* Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
* Able to assume postures that allow physical and visual contact with children, and engage in physical activities with them
* Proficient in English reading, writing, speaking, and understanding to communicate effectively with children and parents
