As Rota Manager, you will be responsible for leading our workforce management system and using data to drive better decisions that directly impact the care we deliver and the wellbeing of our colleagues.
The ideal candidate will have experience in rota planning, workforce coordination, or resource management, ideally in a care or healthcare setting. They will be confident in their ability to use workforce management systems and rota planning tools, as well as possess strong analytical and organizational skills.
You will also have a collaborative approach, being comfortable engaging with colleagues across different departments. Your ability to balance operational needs, colleague wellbeing, and financial considerations will be essential in this role.
