Overview
Store Assistant role at Travis Perkins plc. 20 hours per week. We are looking for candidates who live locally and can easily commute to our store. Our stores are open from 7 AM to 8 PM, so you must be able to manage early starts and late finishes.
What You\'ll Do
* Be the friendly face of Toolstation, helping customers find what they need, and handling deliveries, warehouse tasks, and stocking shelves.
* Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
* Provide outstanding service, chat with customers, and stay efficient during busy times.
* Ask the right questions to understand customers\' projects and help them get the job done.
* Be proactive and sign customers up to Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts where appropriate.
* Be prepared to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment; no retail experience required but helpful.
